Ingredients
- 1½ ounces Bourbon
- ½ ounce fresh squeezed lemon
- 1 teaspoon smoked honey
- 2 dashes bitters
- 12 ounces Liquid Assets Helles Lager
Preparation
Combine bourbon, lemon, honey, and bitters into cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into Pilsner glass. Top with Helles Lager. Garnish with a lemon.
