Summer Sips: Barefoot Spritz
This spritzer refreshes with Blackwater Distilling’s Sloop Betty vodka plus fresh lime, mint and rosemary – one cool customer.
This summer classic starts with Picaroon white rum from Blackwater Distilling and gets a twist from grapefruit juice.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Picaroon overproof white rum
- ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
- ½ ounce fresh grapefruit juice
- ½ ounce Luxardo maraschino liqueur
Preparation
In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients, fill with ice, and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass and garnish with a lime wheel.
