Summer Sips: Hemingway Daiquiri

This summer classic starts with Picaroon white rum from Blackwater Distilling and gets a twist from grapefruit juice.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Picaroon overproof white rum
  • ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
  • ½ ounce fresh grapefruit juice
  • ½ ounce Luxardo maraschino liqueur

Preparation

In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients, fill with ice, and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass and garnish with a lime wheel.
