Kaitlin E. Thomas

Kaitlin E. Thomas, Ph.D., is a Lecturer of Spanish at Norwich University and for the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth. She has long been involved with the Latino community in the Delmarva where she has witnessed firsthand the social, economic, and cultural contributions that this demographic makes to the Shore region.
