Ingredients
- 2 ounces Dogfish Head Analog Vodka
- 2 ounces coconut water
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 1/4 cup cilantro
Preparation
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker. Shake hard for 10 seconds to break up the cilantro. Double strain over ice in a Tom Collins Glass. Garnish with coconut shavings or cilantro.
