Craft cocktails are taking the beach by storm! For summer, the bar program at Chesapeake & Maine in Rehoboth Beach has created several refreshing innovative drinks to celebrate the season.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Dogfish Head Analog Vodka
  • 2 ounces coconut water
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cilantro

Preparation

Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker. Shake hard for 10 seconds to break up the cilantro. Double strain over ice in a Tom Collins Glass. Garnish with coconut shavings or cilantro.
