- 1 ripe avocado
- 3-5 radishes
- 2 slices country loaf
- Fresh cilantro leaves, to garnish
- 1-2 tablespoons gomasio blend, a sesame and spice seasoning, originally from Japan
Preparation
Cut radishes into thin wedges and divide between two plates. Toast bread until golden. Cut avocado in half, then scoop flesh from each half using a large spoon. Make medium-thickness slices with each half then arrange, shingled, on toasts. Sprinkle generously with gomasio, garnish with cilantro, and serve.
