Ingredients

SERVINGS: 6-8 pops
  • 2 cups brewed chamomile, linden, or orange blossom tea
  • ¾ cup Cocchi Americano Bianco fortified wine
  • 1 tablespoon wildflower honey
  • 1½ cup mixed berries such as blueberries, strawberries, red currants, blackberries

Preparation

Dissolve honey in a small amount of the tea - you may warm it slightly to expedite the process - then add to the remainder of the tea and Cocchi Bianco in a measuring cup, stirring to combine. Line popsicle molds with berry slices. Slowly pour liquid so as not to disturb berries until near full, then add remaining whole berries to each of the molds. Place in freezer until frozen solid - at least 5 hours.
