Chesapeake Seafood & Prime Meats: A Bit of Surf and Turf on the Shore
The Higgins family expands their Chesapeake Seafood market in St. Michaels, adding Prime Meats to the menu!
Mix dry ingredients then add the shrimp, corn, onion, and egg yolk. Whip the egg white until very still but still moist. Gently fold in into the mixture. Chill for a least an hour or overnight.
Heat oil in sauté pan. Drop shrimp mixture by tablespoons into hot oil. Watch closely until evenly browned, then drain on a paper towel. Serve with a chipotle aioli or other sauce.
