- 4 cups chopped romaine
- 2 ounces green goddess dressing
- 1 hard-boiled egg sliced
- 1 ounce fresh tomato, chopped
- 1 ounce creamy blue cheese
- 1 ounce pickled onion
- 1 ounce chopped bacon
- 2 ounces lobster meat, chopped
Preparation
Place cleaned and chopped romaine in bowl. Toss with green goddess dressing. Place lettuce in the middle of plate. Assemble rest of the ingredients on top of the lettuce in a straight line.
