Ingredients
SERVINGS: 1 Cocktail
- 1½ ounce (45ml) tequila
- ½ ounce (15ml) pink grapefruit juice
- ½ ounce (15ml) lime juice
- ½ ounce (15ml) simple syrup
- 3 drops hibiscus bitters (optional)
- Crushed arils of ½ pomegranate
Preparation
Shake all the ingredients with a generous amount of ice. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with rosé Champagne. Garnish: Rim the glass with salt for an extra kick.
