Ingredients
- 2 ounces Dogfish Head Whole Leaf Gin
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce simple syrup
- 3 one-inch cubes watermelon
- 2 large basil leaves
Preparation
Add watermelon cubes and basil leaves to cocktail shaker. Muddle enough to crush the watermelon. Add the rest of the ingredients to the shaker. Shake hard for 10 seconds. Double strain over ice into a Tom Collins glass. Garnish with watermelon wedge and a basil sprig.
