Josef's Sweets by Gregory James Opens in Easton
Chef Gregory James has launched Josef’s Sweets Cheesecake Cupcakes in Easton, Maryland, the first solo concept for Chef Gregory. Josef’s will focus on epicurean cheesecake cupcakes made with the finest locally-sourced ingredients from partners including Chapel Country Creamery, Eastern Shore Brewing, Rise Up Coffee, Grey Wolf Whiskey, and Cottingham Farms.
Josef’s Sweets shares space with Noble Wick Candles of Easton. Owner Katherine Bradley creates luxury soy wax candles fragranced with non-toxic oils from around the globe, each in a decorative vessel that can be repurposed after the candle has burned.
Both Chef Gregory and Katherine are excited about bringing their passions to life, and look forward to expanding their offerings to include private cooking and candle-making classes.
