- 1 baguette
- 10-12 radishes, washed, halved
- 2 tablespoons European-style butter, room temperature
- Sea salt (smoked, if possible)
Preheat oven to 350°. Slice baguette every inch at an angle, only cutting halfway through to the bottom. Place in oven for 10 minutes or until crusty.
On a platter, assemble radishes and butter. Sprinkle butter with sea salt. Serve with warm slices of baguette.
