Ingredients

  • 1 baguette
  • 10-12 radishes, washed, halved
  • 2 tablespoons European-style butter, room temperature
  • Sea salt (smoked, if possible)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°. Slice baguette every inch at an angle, only cutting halfway through to the bottom. Place in oven for 10 minutes or until crusty.

On a platter, assemble radishes and butter. Sprinkle butter with sea salt. Serve with warm slices of baguette.
