Ingredients

SERVINGS: 2½ Cup(s)
  • ½ cup smoked white miso (I make my own, but you could add a little liquid smoke to white miso for a similar effect)
  • 2 cups unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Preparation

Make sure your butter is soft and room temperature. Mix all the ingredients together until well incorporated, in a bowl by hand or using a food processor and even a mixer. You can put this on anything and everything. I use it on potatoes and carrots or finishing sauces for meat dishes.
