"The Wilmington" Cocktail Makes its Debut!
Wilmington debuts namesake cocktail at virtual event with State Senator Sarah McBride
The Wilmington is that perfect complement of peaches, cinnamon, lemon, and gin—a unique and lively combination just right for its namesake city. Created by local cocktail enthusiast couple Kate Gantner and Fazal Vandal, their recipe earned the top spot in a competion judged by Aviation American Gin.
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces Aviation Gin
- .75 ounce Peach-Infused Simple Syrup
- 1 ounce Lemon Juice
- Freshly Ground Cinnamon to Garnish
Instructions
Add Aviation Gin, peach-infused simple syrup, lemon juice, and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake, strain, and pour into a coupe. Garnish with freshly ground cinnamon.
