Tastes of the Beach
Kristina Henry shares memories of beach trips gone by, and the memorable meal enjoyed at the end of our stay, a last supper eaten on the return trip home.
Marinate chicken halves in apple cider vinegar and Old Bay for about four to six hours prior to cooking. Place chicken halves on grill, rib-side down. Cook until internal temperature of 160° or 165° and skin is nice and crispy. Remove, let rest for approximately ten minutes. Serve.
