Ingredients
- 2 ounces Picaroon dark or gold rum
- ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
- ½ ounce Curaçao
- ¼ ounce orgeat or almond syrup
- ¼ ounce simple syrup
- Fresh mint
Preparation
In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients, fill with ice, and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled old-fashioned glass with crushed ice and garnish with fresh mint.
