Mid-Summer Mai Tai
This cool cocktail makes the most of fresh summer flavors and the distinctive Picaroon dark rum from Blackwater Distilling.
In a Collins glass, muddle cucumber with a sprig of mint and sprig of rosemary. Add vodka, lime juice, simple syrup, and stir well. Fill glass with ice and top with club soda. Garnish with mint, rosemary, and lime wheel.
