Mignonette Sauce for Oysters

SERVINGS: enough for 12 oysters or ¼ cup Cup(s)
  • ¼ cup champagne vinegar (white wine vinegar can work in a pinch)
  • 1 tablespoon minced shallot
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon sugar

Preparation

Classic Mignonette Recipe
