Spirits of Summer
Local Delmarva distillers stir up a fresh batch of summer cocktail recipes!
Ingredients
SERVINGS: 1 Cookies
- 2 ounces Lobo agave spirit
- 4 ounces fresh Ruby Red grapefruit juice
- ½ ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Seltzer water to top
- Grapefruit slice and kosher salt for garnish
Preparation
Rim glass with kosher salt. Combine grapefruit juice, lime juice and sugar in glass, stirring until sugar dissolves. Stir in Lobo, add ice and top with seltzer. Garnish with grapefruit wedge.
