Queen Bee: Artisan Kara Brook of Waxing Kara
Kara Brook and her company Waxing Kara turn local honey into an art form on Maryland's Eastern Shore.
Mix the first four ingredients and pour over chicken in ziplock bag or in a bowl. Let it rest for most of the day in fridge. When ready, combine and simmer the glaze ingredients in saucepan over medium heat for a few minutes. Heat up the grill. Grill and baste chicken until fully cooked, 40 to 50 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°. Allow to sit for a few minutes before serving.
